Caravel offers an extended care program to our families both in the morning (7:00 - 7:50 AM) and afternoon (3:00 - 6:00 PM) from Monday - Friday. This contracted service offers our students a safe and secure environment to be with friends, work on homework, have a snack, or to participate in after school activities.

Tuition includes textbooks and consumable workbooks.

Application & Testing Fee

A $100 non-refundable application fee (which includes testing) is due with application for admission for grades 5-12
or
an $80 non-refundable application fee (which includes testing) is due with application for admission for Pre-school to grade 4.

Multiple Siblings and Financial Aid

FAMILY PLAN

The oldest child constitutes the first child in the family when calculating tuition. The rate for the second child in the family is $9,500 (U.S./M.S.) and $8,500 (L.S./E.E.C.). The rate for additional children is $7,800 each.

Financial Aid is available based on need, for families who qualify. Contact the Admissions Office for more information.

Terms of Tuition Payment

Caravel Academy offers four (4) types of tuition payment plans.

Plan 1: Full Payment

$400, non-refundable enrollment fee submitted with online enrollment.
2% discount on payments made in full prior to September 1.

Plan 2: Two-payment plan

$400, non-refundable enrollment fee submitted with online enrollment.
50% of the total tuition as specified payable prior to September 1.
Balance payable prior to January 15.

Plan 10: Ten-Month payment plan

$400, non-refundable enrollment fee submitted with online enrollment.
10 monthly payments from August 1 - May 1.
A 2% participation fee is charged for payments made under Plan 10 and calculated on the entire rate in the pertaining grade.

Plan 12: Twelve-month payment plan

$400, non-refundable enrollment fee submitted with online enrollment.
Twelve equal payments on the first of each month from August 1 through July 1.
A 3% participation fee is charged for payments made under Plan 12 and calculated on the entire rate in the pertaining grade.

Payments that are more than 5 business days late will be subject to a $20 late fee. Interest will accrue at an annual rate of 18%.

TRANSPORTATION

Within 10.0 miles from Caravel Academy $1,350.00
10.0 miles or greater from Caravel Academy $1,820.00

Additional Child - $700.00

The above transportation rates will be calculated at 50% for students riding the bus AM or PM only.
