Performing Arts

Drama presents two productions each year, a fall play & a spring musical.


During rehearsals, students learn acting techniques, stage management, and set construction. They are also taught about all aspects of theater.


Caravel's Director

Staci Garber is a Brandywiner who has graced Delaware stage at the Delaware Children's Theatre, Wilmington Drama League, and the Everett Theatre since 2010.  She has experience as a performer, choreographer, production manager, and director.  Her favorite roles to perform have included: Aunt March in Little Women, Fruma Sarah in Fiddler on the Roof, Annie Oakley (understudy) in Annie Get Your Gun, Mrs. Cratchit in Resolutions, and Widow Piper in Babes in Toyland.  Her favorite shows to direct have included Little Shop of Horrors, Legally Blonde, and Alice in Wonderland.  She looks forward to years of thought-provoking, energetic, and entertaining productions at Caravel Academy.
